Enterprise OU “Standart S”, Estonia is the legal successor of the Ukrainian enterprise PE “Standart S”.
The main component and basis of the enterprise OU,, Standart S,, is the architectural expert bureau,, Energy alliance plus,,. The enterprise has an energy audit department, a testing and certification center, Etalon, and a reconstruction department.
The participants of OU “Standart S”, Estonia have the only international experience in Ukraine of certification and design of typical buildings in accordance with the European energy efficiency standard EnerPHIt step-by-step together with the leading Institute for Energy Efficiency Standardization of Passive House PHI in Darmstadt, Germany. (Technology of low-cost thermal modernization of buildings at the first stage to generate income for the next stages. Economic conditions of Ukraine) As a result of this work, options for the phased implementation of energy-efficient measures for thermal modernization of buildings and city infrastructure under the “Initiative” program were developed for customers (the estimated cost of the Project is 324 million Euro ) in different climatic zones of Ukraine.
For the first time in Ukraine, the Integrated Community Recovery Plan (UTC) was experimentally developed in accordance with Resolution 1159 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the implementation of the “Initiative” program.
The implementation of the Program was started with the financing of the Association of Enterprises OO ,, Energy Alliance ,, ( PP,, Stanbart S,,). The works are carried out in the city of Synelnikovo and the city of Svitlovodsk, Ukraine.
List of works and services provided by OU “Standart S”:
- Designing for thermal modernization of objects, construction of energy-efficient buildings and sources of alternative energy.
- Energy audit.
- Certification of energy efficiency of objects after modernization measures.
- Conducting measurements, microclimate, lighting, radiation.
- NZEB certification.
- Technical inspection of buildings.
- Passporting of buildings.
- Energy management.
Development of a plan for the complex restoration of a settlement or city in accordance with the Procedure developed by the Government of Ukraine in Resolution 1159, On the comprehensive restoration of villages and gardens in Ukraine.
Conducting certification tests of materials and equipment. Engineering and organization of implementation of capital construction projects of bioenergy enterprises, wind power plants and solar power plants.
To carry out thermal modernization of objects, OU “Standart S” organizes the supply of equipment and supports construction and installation works. The supply of equipment takes place in cooperation with the Spanish Association of Industrial Enterprises, Cercobe, Madrid, Spain. Organization of grant and credit financing of implementation of energy-efficient projects is underway.
Architectural bureau "Energy Alliance Plus"
The first bureau in Ukraine works in expert partnership with the Passive House Institute Darmshadt Germany. The Institute is Europe’s leading body for setting energy efficiency standards for the European Commission-European Government.
NGO “Energy Alliance” and AB “Energy Alliance-Plus” are members of the association of the Passive House Institute – iPHA.
The main specialization of the Architectural Bureau is the design of thermal modernization of buildings using energy efficiency standards of the European Union under special programs of the Passive House Institute. The design is adapted to the current requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
The bureau has the ability to design utility networks, cottages and multi-storey housing stock, as well as thermal modernization of buildings and structures. Calculation of the heat balance and energy efficiency of buildings during design work is carried out in accordance with DSTU BA 2.2-2015 and DBN V.2.6-31 using the software of the Passive House Institute.
