Design of thermal modernization of buildings in accordance with European Union energy efficiency standards, adapted for Ukraine.
The design of thermal modernization of buildings in our Bureau is carried out in expert partnership with the European Institute for Energy Efficiency “Passive House”, Darmschdadt, Germany. This affects the efficiency and competitiveness of tenders. Thermal modernization of buildings refers to the overhaul of buildings.
Thermal modernization is carried out on the basis of an inspection of the building’s load-bearing structures and an energy audit by specialists from the Architectural Bureau “Energy Alliance Plus”.
When thermally modernizing buildings, the following work is performed: installation of automatic heating and ventilation control systems; replacing doors, windows, insulating walls, sealing joints; introduction of alternative energy sources. The payback period for the implemented measures is no more than 6 years.
